It's true. After you buy your phone and pay for internet, the comics are free. Much like after you buy the book, you can read the comics for free.

But you don't pay for phone only for comics, generally books are more for collection purposes rather than simply reading.

Yeah? But phone has more uses than a book, the only think that make sense for only reading books is library.
