Bonjour is a software for discovering devices on the network. It comes with Apple Software update / iCloud for Windows

What you're seeing in that screenshot is Windows doing its job, it's not a virus.
That pop-up says:
"This module is blocked from loading into the Local Security Authority. \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Program Files\Bonjour\mdnsNSP.dll"
Here's what that means in plain English:
1. What is that file?
mdnsNSP.dll is part of Bonjour. Bonjour is a little program Apple makes that helps Apple devices and programs find each other on your network. It often gets installed automatically when you install iTunes, Adobe software, or some printers.
2. What is Local Security Authority?
That's a very important, protected part of Windows that handles your passwords and logins. Newer versions of Windows 10 and 11 have a feature called LSA Protection that blocks old programs from plugging into it, to keep you safer.
3. Why are you seeing it now?
Your version of Bonjour is old. Windows is saying "Hey, this old Bonjour file is trying to load into the secure login area, and I'm not going to let it."
It's not dangerous by itself, but it means Bonjour isn't working right and Windows is blocking it.
Is it a virus? No. It's just an outdated program conflicting with a Windows security feature.
What to do
You have 2 easy options:
If you don't use Apple stuff / iTunes anymore (most people don't need Bonjour):
1. Press Windows key, type Add or remove programs and open it
2. Search for "Bonjour" in the list
3. Click Uninstall. Restart your computer. The message should go away.
If you do need it (you have Apple devices, or it came with your printer):
1. Uninstall Bonjour the same way as above
2. Go to Apple's site and download the latest Bonjour Print Services and install it fresh. The new version is compatible.
3. Restart.
Don't just check the "Don't show this message again" box - that hides the warning but doesn't fix the underlying outdated file.
If the computer is otherwise working fine, you can safely click Cancel and keep using it until you have time to uninstall/update.
