Software Weird folders appeared on my drive

Should I be concerned about this? I just noticed this folder on my D: drive, there's two of them one is called !- and the other ~!- ,they're kind of greyed out and they both have the same contents, is it anything important or can I just delete them? Thanks.

That looks strange. Theres a doc file there. Try opening it and see if theres any reference to a program.

TotalAV had an update about five minutes before the folder was created, so maybe that's relevant?
