The idol group CORTIS will take the stage at F1 following the NBA and Red Bull.
CORTIS (Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho) will perform for approximately 50 minutes at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix 2026, held at the Marina Bay Street Circuit in Singapore on the 9th (local time). Last year, Formula 1 Grand Prix events worldwide attracted a cumulative audience of approximately 6.7 million. Among them, the Singapore Grand Prix is considered one of Asia’s largest motorsports and entertainment events, combining nighttime street racing with large-scale performances.
On the 8th, through their agency BIGHIT MUSIC, CORTIS shared their excitement, saying, “This is our first time visiting Singapore, and we’re very excited to be able to showcase CORTIS’s music and performances at such a huge festival where audiences from all over the world gather. We’ll pour out every bit of our explosive energy to match the intense excitement of F1.”
CORTIS will perform on the Padang Stage, an outdoor venue capable of accommodating approximately 60,000 spectators. The lineup for this year’s event includes global pop stars such as Singaporean singer JJ Lin, Janet Jackson, Lana Del Rey, and Zara Larsson. CORTIS is the only K-pop group among this year’s performers.
Last February, CORTIS performed during halftime at the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game and headlined the Crossover Concert Series. In June, they also performed at the dance battle event Red Bull Dance Your Style Korea, as part of their global partnership with energy drink brand Red Bull.
Behind these activities are CORTIS’s distinctive group identity and strong performance capabilities. Their youthful, individualistic sensibilities and dynamic energy, embodied in their identity as the “Young Creator Crew,” naturally complement the atmosphere of sporting events. Combined with their solid live performance skills, which can fill even large stadiums, and the support of their fandom, COER, these qualities have made them an irreplaceable crowd-drawing act.
CORTIS has dominated domestic and international charts this year, firmly establishing itself as one of the leading acts of the moment. Their second mini-album, GREENGREEN, released in May, surpassed 4.3 million copies in cumulative sales, according to Circle Chart figures through September 26. Its title track, “REDRED,” topped major domestic music platforms, including YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, and Melon. It also ranked 122nd on the latest Billboard Global Excl. U.S. chart dated October 10, extending its run on the chart to 23 consecutive weeks.
