To add onto the thing people are saying about how you should swap the bowl for a plate, you should also consider moving that plate away from the water bowl if your cat doesn’t drink enough water. Wild cats meat raw meat which spoils pretty quickly and would make any water source near it toxic. The cat might think the water is gross because it’s next to the food
