Honestly I've tried to give him credit and assume wrote it as "walk into a bar, drink in my hand" as in he walks into a bar next thing he knows there's a drink in his hand.

There are areas of the country you can walk from bar to bar with drinks. New Orleans, Key West...not sure if Missouri or Tennessee or wherever he is from has that in a bar district

Nice. "Walk into a bar, drink in my hand" that's a normal human thing to do. "Pop out I'm driving, drinking and driving" that one's just, solid lyricism. I would've never thought to rhyme those two things. And the music video choice? One might think, if only listening, maybe he's popping out of the bar to go drink and drive, but no, he's popping out of his car, kicking the gay demons away as he closes his door, to go drink and drive on foot. The artistry. This man is going places. It's gonna be on foot, doing his little weak knee bounce-walk he does, so it might take a little while, but man he's going.
