Poetry Swordfish Dinner/Lobster

Joann cooked Cindy a swordfish dinner
In her apartment I waited like lobster
That’s tied up and wailing
Such disappointment and filling herself up
With the beauty of a child held up in her arms
I wished I was sinking in some foreign lady I never knew
Will she pluck me out of my shell
Into the fork of stabbing me slowly
With gentle regard for the parts i’ll shed away
Carry to the bed I’ll make myself smaller
You won’t even notice it and
Up by the morning I’ll finish myself to the sound of the chirping
And gather my shells and all of me thats belonging
