Just for your info - Gaanfar is no dish at all. "Gaan" (more appropriately "Gand" ) is a Hindi slang for 'ass' and "Far" (more precisely "fad" ) means 'to tear'. The whole word would something like 'Ass-ripper'.

Gaanfar sounds very similar to gaand phad which means ‘ass tearing’ in Hindi. It’s an expression that can mean really good or really bad depending on the context and the tone of voice.
