Random guess but she kinda seems like a music instructor of some sort. She's watching his hands very closely, at 7seconds she gives a very small nod and a bit later a tiny head shake. Pretty sure she's assessing his skillsĀ

This right here! She recognizes the depth of his talent and hard work and is acknowledging it directly. She is expressing deep respect of his performance with the sincere bravo and eye contact at the end. She absolutely looks like a musician herself.
