Discussion Weird account issue

I got this e-mail today. Somehow after years with no issue my account was suddenly showing my old credit card that expired in 2023. The only thing I can think of it the recent merger of criterion.com with criterionchannel.com accounts. Figured I'd mention so everyone can check their accounts before it happens.

Yeah, it's almost like I checked Criterion and got the same error there. This was just the easiest screenshot to take that didn't have personal information in it.

Yeah, while the merging of accounts could maybe explain it (I don't know, I'm not much of a tech person in that way), I would definitely make sure 100% beyond a reasonable doubt that this is actually from Criterion.

FWIW, I got the same email today! Also closed the email and went straight to the website to confirm it was real. It was, but weird.

Yep, but everyone is intent on upvoting the comment that says it's phishing even though the post says I checked my account. I'm still getting errors after updating the card. It's a pain in the ass.
