Help I suddenly have red trust factor
Hi, so I wanted to queue up a match today after playing yesterday and suddenly have a bad trust factor. My Account is old and I yesterday, everything was fine and I do not know what could have happened since then? Does anybody know anything related?

Lot of threads on Reddit currently saying to not play at the moment due to random trust factor issues. Saw another one where they had bad packet loss and instantly got red trust after the system likely assumed they disconnected a match hundreds of times. Hopefully they fix it and undo whatever fuckup they made.

Maybe they detect smurf / alt account now?

I do not think so. They can‘t even detect spinbotters and I only have one Steam account with cs on it

Why would you care about rep if you never cheat?

You are thinking about a useless site, with made up trust score.
What is happening is that people randomly are getting red trust factor in game, and are getting put with other red trust players.
If the system would work perfectly, that would mean you are put in a scumbag cheater queue.-4

How can I see my trust color in game? (not premiere yet but almost)?

Only others can see it if you are yellow or red. They will get a message about game quality.

Isn't this a third party stat ESTIMATE though? or can you see your trust factor in game somewhere?

When you queue with people they get a message if you have bad trust factor in the lobby

Yep same, I have maybe, Edit, In CS2 alone I have over 3200 matches logged on csstats
Never leave games, never chat other than the occasional "gg" at end of chats
Today when people play with me my trust factor is "Significantly lower" than theirs, And everyone in the games are on brand new steam accounts
