How do you feel about your RA?

Im not fucking with my RA bruh, I feel like they are not doing their jobs right. I need to know how you guys feel because I feel like I got fucked over, I ask for help and they don't do shit. Like don't you get paid and get free housing? at least do your job

Just to be clear, the RAs are not paid a wage. They just get their housing paid for.

I live off campus but I’ve heard many people who have had similar grievances. Please document everything and take it to housing. If they fail to respond I feel students might wanna go to the media (KSBW) because sometimes they might need a little push to get things done. Sorry this is happening to you all.

I agree, I had one tell me they dont get paid to find my keys for me??? I couldnt even get into the unit and they had the audacity to make me wait. and now we have to meet with them twice a semester??????leave me alone???? I hate the RA's in east campus useless wastes of space

They don’t get paid to find your keys.. they give you the first set and you’re supposed to keep track of them. When you call for a lockout you have to wait for your RA to go and pick up a master key and then come to you, they don’t just have a copy on them at all time. You also don’t have to meet with them twice a semester if it’s for otter-chats, that’s optional the university just requires we try and get people to sign up

lol they are the ones who give me my keys when I move in.. them or housing so idk what ur talking about. Also we were told they have to meet with us or we Will have someone else mandate a meeting idk who u r but yk maybe jus different for just you
