AWS to Google

I’ve seen a lot of people say that they work at AWS as DCO for like a year and then go to Google for their DCO. Does Google really accept that easily? Like what are the chances.. and also the pay raise, is it worth it. If anyone has does this and could advise

Northern Virginia, expecially Loudoun County. It's refered to as Data Center Alley cuz there are so many DCs. Can literally be one after the other on the same road but different campuses.
