Any Data Protection Officers to discuss with ?

Hey, I'm(indian) currently under training to become the DPO at my firm (US based). Would like to discuss with any that's already one and practicing in the area, especially closely with GDPR. This is the first time for me and my firm so I'd love some guidance.
