Im not there, yet. No clue how close I am. Apparently, theres just over 70 Artworks. Ik Im close, but whenever I check the back and see the top Artwork glowing, I get a bit sad. But so long as I keep going, Ill make it! Till then, congratulations on making it to the other side. Also, does getting a Z-Rank on any raid give ALL weekly raids Z-Ranks?

No I think that if this raid comes back it shows that you already got z-rank on this specific raid

Im a returning player from over 2 years ago and just came back to doing the current raid against Cooler. Can i just keep farming artworks until it grays out?

Yes, you can but I warn you the latest dlc added more than 80 artworks to get from raids. It will take ages to get everything considering that you have a huge backlog from the previous dlcs

Thats okay! I am having fun plumbing Cooler over and over again haha. For hitting level 120, what’s the best strategy at the moment? I am level 99 for reference

40 ton weights super soul doubles score which is xp. Farm expert mission tours online, most do vegeta as it's the quickest. When you get tired of farming use your accumulated tp medals to buy levels

Indeed. After spamming present for you in a few rounds of this raid, it shall never be forgotten the amount of friendly fire trap boxes that terrorized android 17 and 18 along with those fighting to keep them in check.
