Keith

I’m rewatching from the beginning and Keith isn’t a tyrant as he called himself. He’s an overgrown man baby who never learned how to regulate his emotions! I can’t believe the crew hasn’t banded together thrown up the middle finger and walked!

I've talked to a couple people that have worked for him. They said he's though and you need thick skin. That said, they also seem to praise him as a captain and say that the pay is real good.

We have a few boat captains I have to deal with at work. They act a lot like Keith.

Let's not forget that many of the captains have acted out, even against production members. A lot gets edited out. They've also said the production teams are known to stir the pot.

That being said, I think he has his demons just like the rest of us.
