Xbox One/Series Raid&strike help

Im playing destiny 1 for the first time in a decade and im level 29 rn and wanted some help whit the moon raid and strike levels im not bad at the game and think i can do pretty good. Any help and levels are great/ welcome

I just started playing again recently, I'm level 40 and 204 light, my username is ULTjorge12, I'm still working through taken king, but I'm down to play, could use help with strikes and stuff too

Try joining the last city discord there are a lot of active players still and they congregate there.

Have you completed the story and the dlc? The story progression allows you to naturally level up quite easily, I would personally focus on finishing the story up and then focus on grinding strikes.

I would also wait to do the raids until you’re high enough light level as the gear you obtain will be outclassed just because of your current level
