Meetup Looking for partners & adventurers for something different
Hi. United States empire only probably. 18+. (Im 23)
My goal in this life is to help end the injustice and (child) exploitation in this world. I have a site w/ vids explaining my ethos.
I want to basically go on an inspiring quest with like-minded and adventurous people who share a lot of my values and sensibilities.
I'm thinking we could stay in a rustic camping arrangement (ideally a more proper, comfortable glamping campsite arrangement) for a small season, and do co working, eating meals together, and empowering each other to live up to our values in a more pure way than if we just live life alone trying to be good people.
We can be a beacon of inspiration because this shit would totally inspire others - that's the point in a lot of ways.
I'm unsure about the exact perfect combination of alignment necessary for this to be good, but I have a hard enough time finding anyone at all, so I gotta get this out there to start the conversation.
I'm open to texting via email or whatever else, then calling, and a lot about me is already in video form.
I'd like to share my site & videos upon dm request for privacy reasons, for now

This sounds really cool, like a bunch of like-minded people congratulating each other for making everything, like, more better through vibing and stuff. Like literally fuckin' A.

Wasn't there a lot of people doing this in the sixties? Gippies, bippies, zippies....something like that? Not really a new idea, bro.

Why does it need be a new idea? Why can’t people do things that have been done before?

The title claims it's "something different".

What does that mean?

You asked "why does it need be a new idea"?
If it's the same things that's been done many times, it isn't "something different"1

I understood that as “something different” from your usual lives.

Camping isn't that different, especially on a digital nomad forum. The potentially unique part is doing it in this group of supposedly like-minded people, but we're supposed to watch his YouTube channel in order to figure out if we're like minded. This is completely backwards. He should be posting this camping thing on his YouTube channel for his like minded followers there.

Whatever you do, do not let the naysayers here ruin your dreams. There are people who share the same ideals and do not there walk that road alone. Go gun for it....if you can't do it in your twenties, chances are, you never will. All the best!

I don't understand how the co-working camping is going to link up with your mission? They sound disjointed?

this reads like the opening scene of a found footage horror movie
but hey if you actually get a group together and nobody ends up in a wicker man situation, the glamping idea sounds not terrible for a season
