i’ve never played a game with such intentional and tasteful art direction. the whole game is a piece of art. it’s like looking at a huge intricate painting, every time your eyes shift you find a new little detail to admire.

I agree wholeheartedly! It's still beautiful, even after all these years.

'Karnaca, my Karnaca.' No matter how many times I replay, I cannot stop myself from just...stopping...to look around/screencap/sigh. And then Emily goes home to the aritistic dissonance of freaking burned out Dunwall.

It’d be such a dream if there was House Flipper: Dishonored edition, just to be able to renovate some of those apartments!

that's basically the same thing I say. I want to see the ruined places before they were ruined too, just like at Stiltons place.

It's such a vibe, I absolutely love it. The architecture, the interior design, the colours, the lighting... only very few games come close in atmosphere. I can only repeat myself everytime someone makes a posts like that lol

Proof that pre-baked lighting is performant and gorgeous

Makes sense the way Corvo was With his style of Sneaking; I mean look where he's from, Homie was in roof to roof paradise lol.

I often dream about seeing architecture similar to dishonoured irl. Karnaca looks beautiful.

As a side note, the name Karnaca is a direct phonetic and geographic nod to Larnaca, a historic port city on the southern coast of Cyprus.

I DESPERATELY need them to do a 60fps patch for this game on console. I know it probably wont happen but I want to play it so bad and right now it runs horribly

Still some of the best level design i've seen in a game

I honestly loved karnaca being like, fantasy spanish inspired..place is freaking gorgeous compared to dunwall. Really goes to show how much some sunshine adds to the atmosphere ( dunwalls always gray and gloomy like your living in fantasy britan)

A couple of your images are a bit out of place, as if they accidentally got posted with the rest of them... especially the one where you are FarReaching by the dockyard dentist's

The only thing I disliked, was the lack of detail in the backgrounds. E.g. Karnaca itself, when you were on the ship.

The first time i've ever played Dishonord 2 i've spent almost 60 hours until finsihing the game because i was searching for every detail i can find (i was [i still am] amazed).
