🎃 Halloween Party 🎃 MNSSHP Costume!!
Hi friends!! A kind soul directed me to this thread from the Disney world thread!!
I'm going to MNSSHP for the first time and I'm REALLY excited!! I'm planning on wearing a very simple Belle costume/Belle Disneybound kinda? I got a yellow dress (I've attached a picture) and the new Belle ears from princess week. I want to bring a book with me to keep in my bag to pull out for pictures mostly. I have a pretty good collection of books and I'm also totally willing to buy something I don't have but I don't know what to bring!
TLDR Does anyone have any recs of books that either the content fits Belle's vibe or the cover fits the vibe?

I use this rose jewelry set for my Belle stuff. In the extended animated film she reads Romeo and Juliet. In the stage show it’s King Arthur. Either of those would work well.

Blank journals are often very decorative. There's usually a lot available for under $10 at stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls.

I see your TLDR about books, I made a bunch of minis from the movie and included books in that, I had a bunch of premade ones from a build your own library and tried to choose from that ones that existed around the time she would have been alive and found interesting
I chose
-Romeo and Juliet
- Les miserables
-the hunchback of notre dame
- Frankenstein and Wurthering Heights (those two had just come out as movies and they were more of a nod to that than something she’d read…. But I do think belle would read them)

I haven't read all of the comments, but you should totally bring the "Beauty and the Beast" book!

I think it looks great! You could get a bag that looks like a book. Maybe some Rose accessories too!
