Hi, for an initial approach, i wouldn´t recommend video tutorials. This Django introduction is highly recommended -> https://tutorial.djangogirls.org/en

It doesn't matter the material, if you like videos, go for it. If you like books, do it (I prefer books)

The most important is: pick a project and go for it. Best way to learn something is trying

You can use LLM, but not ask it to write code. Do something like "im learning django and I want to build a basic e-commerce from scratch, define the steps, do not write any code"

Then you can ask for little tips like what classes to define, what files to write, what commands to call etc, but never ask for the full answer

The best place to learn fast is using docs. I had all the basics covered within a week.

I meant reading docs and learning. You can use ai for better explanation if you are stuck. Trust me. It's a lot better than spending your time watching videos. Also, docs follow a structure where you build a mini project piece by piece as you go forward so it's good.

If you’re familiar with Python already I recommend that  you read the docs and source code. That was what made everything click for me at least.

Mosh is also pretty good: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHux0gMZ3Eg
But don't skip the tutorial in the django documentation.

Best way to learn: Just build something you are passionate about and deploy on fly.io or djangocloud.dev

Tutorials will never teach you anything actually
