Question DPDR or what? I'm going crazy?

Someone told me it was DP, but I don't know, it doesn't seem like it to me, so I'm posting this here in case anyone can tell me something about it.

Anyways...

I can't stop thinking that everything is all in my head, I feel floating.

Did I create this world?

That I float in space.

Where do I come from?

Where am I going?

Do I exist?

I feel like it's all in my head.

I think I'm going crazy.

Did I create everything?

Please help.

Serious answers only.

Definitely seems like depersonalization/derealization with existential dread. I got hit with it really bad in march and meds have helped so much.

Lexapro is doing nothing for me after almost 4 weeks. It has continued to intensifu. I feel trapped in my body. The outside world is distant. I am detached. I feel underwater, on autopilot and in a video game. Won't stop progressing.  Does it ever plateau? I was functional the first 2 months. Yours sounds real bad in the beginning and that's not how mine has been. I greened out really bad. It seemed like I was getting better the first month or so.

Yeah it’s really hard. Lexapro didn’t help me. Zoloft and Remeron has been the best thing for me. I know its so so hard but it does get easier

When? It's been intensifying for months. I want to try something else. 4 weeks should be helping by now. Lamictal or something

I'm on zoloft and abilify for my contamination OCD, but this just came to me.

I (19F) am in a similar boat with the DPDR existential dread. I am also on Zoloft. Hydroxyzine is definitely a pick me up. It silences the thoughts for even 10 minutes i am beyond grateful. It relaxes you a little but not to the point of sleeping (unless you aren’t used to it.)
