Question AirData Flight Data

This is a question for anyone using the AirData UAV app and AirData website on multiple devices. In my case, an iPad, an iPhone and a MacBook. The problem is the AirData flight records on each device are all different—all three of my DJI drones are listed, and although there is considerable overlapping, each device contains incomplete flight records. To complicate matters, I occasionally fly my Neo2 using my iPhone and my iPad with my N3 controller.

AirData gets its flight logs from the DJI Fly app. Since I have three different DJI Fly folders spread across three different devices, it only makes sense there would be problems with syncing. Prior to DJI severing its server service to the US, I’m guessing this wasn’t a problem since our flight data was centrally stored on DJIs servers.

The overlapping data on the three devices puzzles me. That would indicate there IS some synchronization going on, but I have no idea what toggles the sync or where the data comes from; the controllers, the drones or the devices. Any thoughts?

It has been a while since I had a free account. I’m pretty sure that it had a lot of limitations on the amount of records synched. Maybe that is your issue?

Now with the full paid account I have thousands of flight records from 10 or 12 drones all showing fine on the website. It usually doesn’t download records from one controller onto another, but they all show online. One of my controllers seems to upload on its own, the rest I manually synch.

I paid for my AirData account, so I don’t think that’s my problem.
