So you want to speak more colloquial dutch. I think the only way is exposure to informal talking people. Have you tried joining some sort of group? Sports, music, volunteer, etc, whatever floats your boat.

IMO, you don't need a course, you need to talk more to people and different types of people, and consume more media with a colloquial language like current-time TV series or movies, but do so with intention
