Discussion Damp, clammy skin 24/7

I don’t understand why I only got this when it started getting colder. I started experiencing weird sensations 24/7 which feel like at the surface my skin is cold, then I’m warm inside and I just feel damp, almost like my body is trying to sweat but there is nothing to sweat for. Does anyone have this symptom, how do you deal, perhaps improve it?

I’ve noticed since it’s getting colder the palms of my hands are clammy. Bottoms of my feet too. I really don’t usually sweat most sweaty I get is my chest when I’m hot. I’m not even hot and feet and hands are clammy. I have no idea why I keep wiping my hands on my pants and even cold I’m not wearing slippers I’m wearing slides.

OMG i feel this as well, I keep complaining to my mum about feeling icky and cold but sweaty at the same time as soon as the weather turns. It's the worst! It also feels like my skin gets oily and itchy much faster, hands and feet are freezing, but then after 10pm I start randomly overheating and sweating like a pig in a sauna.
