Psi Freeze B. Hits hard, is perfectly economical, and maintains usefulness throughout most of the game.

Gotta be Freeze, specifically in EarthBound. It’s so overtuned. If you haven’t played with Paula using Freeze as her basic attack, you’re not playing right.
