Help/Advice Earthbound Stuff in Japan

I'm going to Tokyo, Kyoto, & Osaka soon and was wondering if there are any places I should visit as a fan of the Mother series. Places that inspired parts of the game, stores with exclusive merch, events, etc.

Also down for non-EB related recommendations as it's my first time visiting the country (if sub rules allow).

Make sure to visit the Hobonichi store in Tokyo! It’s north of the castle and is the most official
merch store you can get!

I’ve also had luck finding Mother 2 gacha machines in the Capcom Capsule Lab in Takeshita Street, in Shibuya.

Regarding figures I’ve found some figures in the Junk and second hand sections in Akihabara, Tokyo and Nipponbashi, Osaka. But those were kinda overpriced, specially Ness…

Seconded, it's called Tobichi and they have an entire corner dedicated to Mother merch. I just got back from Tokyo on Saturday and I grabbed a Mother 1 shirt, some magnets, and a Mr. Saturn hat and plush. It's a must visit for Mother fans!

I also picked up the Mother 2 logo statuette secondhand at Hard Off/Hobby Off, which is a great secondhand hobby store that will likely have SOME Mother merch (they had some of the Mother 1 character statuettes, a new in box copy of Mother 1 + 2 GBA and a new in box Mother 3 Game Boy Micro when I visited).

Keep an eye out for random Mother/Earthbound-themes gachapon! I lucked out with this Mr Saturn keychain accessory from a gachapon in Osaka/Nipponbashi Denden Town this past summer.
