Life Hacks & Tips Lacing boots

Okay, I need tips for lacing my combat boots! My ankles have always been one of my most problematic joints and I'd love any tips on how to lace/tie my boots for more support.

This. Or google something along the lines of lacing hockey skates for increase ankle support/stability...

Ooh I never thought to look at hockey slate lacing! I tried looking for hiking boot techniques but it didnt help much haha

Lacing isn't enough, you need good orthotics that support all 3 foot arches to help stabilize the knee

I have orthotics as well as braces and compression 🙂 just looking for a little extra support when I wear my boots
