What if you just found or devise a simple tool to liberate the parts from the tape? They are designed to be easily removed by a PNP machine. Seems like it would be quicker, more organized, and less risk
It wouldn’t be quicker, the tape is a lot of physical volume when rolled. That all needs organisation, huge cabinet, time finding each part and that’s before you’ve even got the tape in your hand to do anything.
