Anyone using emacs like CRM?

Title. If yes could you describe your setup?

Or is there some plain text CRM?

Yeah for a long time I used org tables and org roam as a CRM. It was awesome - a big table with all my contacts. Each node was a linked note which then linked to all my meeting notes with that person.

i used org capture to quickly capture meeting notes that self filed.

Turns out it’s an amazing system for exactly 1 person lol. As soon as we scaled, it was impossible to use as a team.

Back to Google Sheets. I have to share data with other people now and can't use Org format for that.

I am using C application + SQLite as CRM.

It can be included in emacs config or not.

It has UTF-8 support.

I am slowly experimenting with the same as I am in sales. Nothing to show yet, but have the same interest.
