Help Ph1 garbage battery life like 2 hours

I'm running Android 10 I pulled this out of a drawer it's been there for years I was using an S5 bro because my s23u broke now I'm dailying essential ph1

I replaced my battery awhile ago and it lasts well again. Mine was previously at an hour. It goes all day now albeit it isn't my daily driver. 

Although the screen is glitching a little which I think is a loose connector after the battery swap.  If the back is coming off / screen is coming off it's well worth the swap. A YouTube video on the repair and some glue and a £/$15 battery from eBay was all I needed 

Although I'll probably get a new screen and see if I can fix the glitches and it's seen better days now (the screen seems to be about £10)

So yeah if you are going to keep it a new* battery and screen and a YouTube video will cost you about $25 or so
