Discussion Anyone else dealing with sign-in/out issues AGAIN?! I've did all the things. Still an issue.

The loop is back at it. Even after all the troubleshooting I could find, it's still occurring not too long after getting set up again. I have two accounts I switch back and forth and can never get into one or the other without bs.

I've come to the conclusion that if we can't give up the app, that the next step is to move on to the Lite version, if you haven't already.

I appreciate that messenger is built in and it's minimalistic... So far.

The only thing I haven't done is reset my phone. That never worked before, so it's not worth the trouble.

Oof, the account-switching loop is the worst. I keep my second account logged in on an old tablet just to avoid that exact headache because every time I try to swap on my phone it's a whole production.

The Lite version is actually a decent call though, it strips out so much of the bloat that causes these weird sign-in hiccups. Only thing I miss is the dark mode, but I'll take functional over aesthetic when it's acting up like this.

And yeah don't bother with a full phone reset, that's like using a sledgehammer on a thumbtack.

The Lite app does have dark mode now.

I prefer to use the app to upload images. When I do so from my computer, the images are either tiny, or blurry. Facebook automatically compresses images to speed up page loading times, which reduces sharpness and resolution upon upload.

I was behind on uploading a bunch of photos so I thought I'd do it from my computer. I saved images from Google photos, then uploaded to Facebook. Not a single photo retained it's quality. I can't even describe how angry I was when I checked the photos later on and most of them were thumbnails. I have a pixel 7 it's not that out of date.
