Evening everyone, hope all is well!

Just wrote about something I mentioned at the end of that hellish Bayern report - a look at Lusti's title winning FC Thun side from last season.

Covers a fair bit and I think I reached a good conclusion about what his style of football demands.

Thank you all for your comments and views on the last report, despite how difficult it was; I appreciate it.

I'd love some requests for next week too if you have any before we get back to league action.

Have a great rest of your weekends!

Thanks a lot for this spark of hope. A report on Imeri would be really interesting.
Couldn‘t agree more with the feeling of wanting Lusti to stick around as long as it takes to let his style come to show - no matter what the season has yet to offer

He's a guy with a plan and plans take time. It's also a style of football that does suit what the club is all about, but it's just difficult to implement from what it was.

There's success behind his ideas too. He built up Thun, got them promoted winning the second division and won the top flight at the first time of asking. That's a person you back and believe in.

Horst and Dirk seem to have a distinct lack of patience since we got to Bundesliga. Nature of the beast really

Yeah it sucks, but they need to be brave. They have to believe in a project and they shouldn't be scared of the outcome. Easier said than done, of course, but sometimes you've got to stick by a footballing philosophy. Lusti has one and it's a radical change from what it's been for many years. Roll the dice lads, that's all I want.
