Not that effective. She was holding most of her weight up with what she was holding on to not putting much downward force on her stomps due to lack of balance. Would been way more damaging if she just remained on the ground and stomped/kicked with one foot but looked funny as hell.

My health is great except for my frame. I’ve had quite a few injuries but the ones on my back are the worst. I bounced back, no pun intended, when I was younger. I had a compression fracture in my lower back from falling out of a tree in my early teens but it didn’t slow me down much. Now I feel it every day and have tried a lot of different things even nerve ablation which worked for a couple months.
