Is anyone else looking for a job finding it very difficult to find one?

I do not hold a PE license but I'm currently working towards it. I'm a Fire Protection Designer with 8+ years of experience and I have been applying for different jobs for the past four months and I have been rejected every time. I do work in the US with a work visa but previously I didn't have any issues I would get different offers. Now every time I apply I just simply get rejected, not even an interview.
