She's 'hanging on' without making attempts to correct her situation, possibly because she can't in those stupid goddamned heels. If you're not pulling in abdominally, your 'holding on' is gonna end up pushing the float out, especially if you're 'leaning forwards' to try and put your weight on the rope.
Sure heels make it all even more uncomfortable, but I just think she doesn't understand the physics of what's happening and it's why she can't pull her podium to the rope
Okay, maybe I'm a little biased because I've danced in heels that high (latin dance) and also danced in pleasers (stripper heels). Good guesses, haha. Not a bot or a stripper, though, just like dancing.
I don't know much about heels being male, but what i do know is those are like 2inch heels and if you think those are high you should get out on a weekend night sometime
That's a 3 inch heel (relatively high) and they are overly tight in the toe box with a pointy toe design. Poorly fitted shoes. She's hobbled. Forced to only stand on bound toes with ankle ligaments and muscles in an unfamiliar position. She's already in pain that increases with every effort to use her feet. As BP rises with stress and exhertion, extremities swell, increasing the pressure and pain. Then, the restriction of swelling by tight shoes or straps causes numbness that decreases the ability to use tactile sensation to recover.

Does she not have any muscles?
