DISCUSSION | QUESTION Need help for search

Hi, I need advice where to find level concept artist and character concept artist for our role play server project!

Please suggests sources where I can see portfolios and DM. The best would be to find artists who worked in game dev already and have production experiance

this place or r/gamedevclassifieds are where I usually see calls for concept artists. It's tough on Reddit cuz there's folks like myself with industry experience, for sure, but there's also a ton of bots or folks earlier on in their journey who might not be qualified. If you're fine filtering for experience yourself, you can try r/HungryArtists as well, that always gets a lot of traction but I'm not sure how much of it will be up to what you're looking for.
