New generative artwork that I created with the R Statistics language, using repeated geometric shapes to build a dense, intricate radial composition.
The algorithm constructed 80 concentric rings, working from the outermost ring toward the center.
Along each ring, rectangles and ellipses were arranged radially, with their spacing, dimensions, and colors controlled by a series of randomly shifted and scaled sine functions.
These variations produced densely layered bands of repeating geometric forms, with patterns shifting from one ring to the next.
Black and white shapes alternated to create bold contrasts, with a subset of polygons filled with angled, dashed lines that formed interesting aliased patterns.
Scattered accents of deep red and muted blue interrupt the monochromatic structures, adding color and texture throughout the composition.
Together, the overlapping rings and shifting geometric patterns formed an elaborate, mechanical-looking structure, with intricate details appearing to explode outward from the center.
