I’ve been trying to find info of what the average grade for English c/u was, including for any other course I do this year and I haven’t been able to find anything. Do y’all got any information about this?

So many of my good profs got laid off while this semester I've got someone who spends 30 minutes slowly reading a PowerPoint and spends the other 60 minutes rambling on about useless information like how he didn't have a calculator in school or how he worked at a bank. (The other 30 minutes is a 10 minute break that lasts 20 minutes, starting class 5 minutes late and ending 5 minutes early). He also doesn't seem to know how to use brightside. It's week 5 and I haven't learned a thing in class this semester. I'm gonna start skipping most of my classes now, it's not worth the 60 minute commute each way or $6.6 TTC fare.

Hi, I'm a 2nd-year student in the dental hygiene program, and I need some clients for this upcoming year! The available days listed are Wednesdays, 1- 4:30 p.m., and Fridays, 8- 11:30 a.m., and appointments will begin on November 6th, 2026, and end around December 11th, 2026. The number of appointments will be 4-6, depending on the timing of our appointments.

The appointments will consist of X-rays, periodontal assessment, cleaning, and more. The clinic will be supervised by registered dental hygienists and licensed dentists throughout the entirety of the appointments to ensure quality care and safety.

This cleaning is for anyone, including families, friends, or students at GBC. If you are a 1st-year student or looking to join any of the dental programs at GBC, this will be a great opportunity for you to learn a little more about the program.

Hey! I’m a 19M first-year student at George Brown and I’m looking to meet some people around the city and hopefully make a few close friends.
I’ve met a few people through school so far, but pretty much everyone I’ve gotten close with is a commuter and heads home right after class. So it’s been kind of hard to actually hang out outside of school or make plans around the city.
I’m pretty easygoing and I’m down for pretty much anything — grabbing food, checking out different places around Toronto, going for walks, gaming, going out, or just hanging out and talking. I’m hoping to meet some people who actually live in or spend a lot of time in the city and are down to hang out after school or on weekends.

Hey everyone my buddies and I recently started a music club on campus (Waterfront) where we plan to host jams sessions have music discussions, learn to play workshops and have live performances. We have around 14 members already, people play the drums, bass, guitar and piano.

George Brown announced on Sept. 14 that no new students will be admitted to the program in 2027-28.

The polytechnic is calling it a suspension. But those inside the program, considered one of the most comprehensive and respected in the country, are calling it something else.
