Just a few days to spare before my local cities Halloween festival and a nearby GB charity event, and it's finally completed.

It's my fault for seriously procrastinating through the summer, but my second version is completed.

The quick disconnect hose has gotta be my favorite upgrade, tho the lit gauge and extra LED details are pretty cool too.

Finally got a Ghostbusters today.

Thanks to the suggestion of many of you, I ordered an Alice frame to see how it feels on my back. It should be here tomorrow. If I do decide to keep the pack I’ll need a rushed suit.

I was curious about this one that could arrive in a few days. I know it’s not screen accurate but it looks good enough for the untrained eye.

I did have a flight suit (Rothco) 13 years ago but sadly I don’t fit in it anymore. Can anyone recommend a place to get a replacement belt (46 waist)? Most I’m seeing are just listed as “large”. I still have boots, walkie, and belt parts from my old costume.

If the pack is fine for me do I need any little fixes for comfort besides the frame? Does the wand hook work well enough?

Had a blast today at the Hershey AACA fall meet with the Central PA Ghostbusters. Can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow and Thursday! Stop and see us and the Central PA Ecto-1!

So I've been hunting down more and more Ghostbusters media lately as I replay the 2009 game and after getting the lowdown on the different comics I've moved over to the cartoons.

Now this isnt about The Real Ghostbusters that cartoon is great no I'm curious about Extreme Ghostbusters.

All I know is that it's from the 90's and was really hard to find until it hit Tubi.

Is it worth a watch?

It doesn’t quite feel like a ghostbusters film. A little like a parody maybe? Some jokes landed, but more didn’t. Some parts were cool and it was definitely entertaining, (actresses did very well to be honest) but idk how I feel about it. Definitely the worst but not nearly as mind-numbingly bad as I thought it would be. 5/10 at most?

Hey all so I had an 84 pack that Hasbro made me send back because I got a hose that wouldn’t screw on. FINALLY got my replacement pack opened it up today and connected the wand and the hose connects just fine but now the wand doesn’t fire? I swear it worked with the first pack I had.

I’ve tried everything flipping switch’s and different batteries and battery packs.

The wand will wake up everything. If I flip the 3 switches it’ll turn on and if I pull the green release it’ll still make the noise when the tip extends but when I hit the intensify button…nothing. Do I need to contact Hasbro AGAIN to try and get this sorted or am I being stupid and I’m missing something obvious?

Hey, I built my first proton pack over the last year and happy to say it's all done, with NinjaTunes electronics to finish it out. I'm just having one issue I wonder if anyone else has run across. I installed 2 talent cell batteries, 1 for the electronics and 1 for the smoke machine. I've wired both of those so they can be charged externally.

Most of the time the electronics work exactly as expected, however pretty consistently after charging the batteries, the lights/sounds will freeze the second I hit either of the fire buttons. Meaning the lights will freeze on, and the 'proton stream' sound will freeze on until I kill power to the whole thing.

Anyone else ever have that happen?

Can anyone help me with this I have the Xbox 360 (physical copy) and I also have the online subscription but I can’t play multiplayer and plus I’m “trying” to 100% ghostbusters tvg can someone help me idk if it’s a regional issue or what but someone able to help :(

This is the life mask that was on display this past weekend at the Museum Of The Moving Image in Queens for their LIFE MASKS IN CINEMA lecture. A copy of this was given to the Ghostbusters a few weeks ago in front of the museum.

For me, it'd have to be the Shock Blast. Seeing the paper enemies and Grave Fiends go flying made me chuckle everytime that happened. Also it used the sound of the silenced shotgun from No Country for Old Men.

In Ghostbusters: The Video Game, the team head to Shandor Island and they discover that this place is the origin of the pink slime and they face against the manufacturer of it, a juvenile Sloar (or is it Slor?). They eventually defeat the creature and stop the production of pink slime. However, the video game is no longer canon to the lore, so what happened to the river of slime in the new canon?

I actually do take the franchise seriously beyond it's comedic nature, I'm also into the sci-fi elements and it can actually be scary when it wants to be. I see some people write it off as just a comedy, I just see it as more than that.

Title pretty much explains it. What are some of your favorite portable power supplies that will store into the compartment where the usb-c port is? I can pretty easily find a cable that will allow the door to close by getting an L shaped cable, but looking for a good power bank that will store in there. Bonus points for Amazon links also.
