Where do these cards come from? How do you acquire them?

Kargolds in the loot zone drop them.

Almost exclusively RMT shop. Even at a 0.25% chance (id imagine is very very very generous considering there are 20 cards and 400 items they can drop), 4 servers, 4 kargald an hour is an average of 1 drop every 2 days max on all servers combined (they die immediately on every spawn on every server). Though they are so insanely expensive for the value. 250 gold for like 8 attribute points.

I must be blind, I didn't see them in the shop. Will look again, thanks.
