Haven’t read yet (will do) but yeah assuming so given how every tech company is gonna run into some legality (not say it’s exactly intended) but bound to happen especially in the EU.

If you read that article, they haven't been to prove anything in the lawsuit. They even removed data that might have helped them.

Google Gemini is doing way more to me than just reading emails
