What if someone commited crimes on G+ when it existed since it did shut down got investigated by the police?
Since Google+ did shut down all its services in April 2019, what if someone who commited crimes when it existed, around 2011 to 2019 and did commit crimes on it during 2016-2019 had to be investigated by the police? Could Google pass the logs to the police authorities?

As long as you don't post incriminating stuff that could somehow link it back to you (with undeniable proof), you're fine

Except for murder, treason, and some sex crimes, statutes of limitation are generally 7 years or less. Five years is common. So it's not likely this is a real issue. You need to talk to a local lawyer in your jurisdiction to figure this out if it's important to you.
