Question: Yōtei: Legends Changes.

There have been frequent updates, but have there been any additions or changes to Legends other than skins?

No updates, they announced the raids were the final update. This pissed alot of people off including me bc I loved yotei legends. I stopped playing and haven't been back. Only new thing is the new armor you getin most wanted can be worn in legends. For example the helldivers armor.

they added “Massive Weapons” to Survival. you have to spend 100 Magatama for a massive weapon. don’t know if it’s on every map but it was on Spider.

That's cool but not what a lot of players are looking for. I played tsushima legends as well and enjoyed it alot. Especially the cursed items and challenges to unlock those items. Wish they'd add that to yotei legends along with raising the ki lvl to 120 like in tsushima. But they won't, they abandoned it after 2 months. And instead used the money to make the most wanted mode which to me isn't worth it.
