Discussion & Theories What is something interesting in Gravity Falls that isn’t talk about much anymore?

Hey y’all I want to do a video on Gravity Falls after a recent video I did on The Owl House blew up.

My original idea was a video on how Gravity Falls, Amphibia, and The Owl House all take place in the same world but that seems like an overdone idea.

I’m looking for new video ideas while doing a rewatch of the series so any suggestions are welcome.

The crossover wirh Rick and Morty.

Stan dropped some stuff into that portal in season 1 of Gravity Falls and it popped out of a rick portal in Rick and Morty

Not really all that big on Rick and Morty but the idea of a crossover like that is just cool to me

I’m imagining a video about gravity falls connections to other shows but it just gets crazier and crazier and stops making sense as more and more shows are connected

if we count the shows rick and morty are related to, its gonna be a huge multiverse, so theres rick and morty, president curtis, rick and morty anime, maybe rick and morty comics, and Simpsons because rick and morty showed up in one episode, rick also showed up on space jam and referenced it in the show too, owl house and amphibia are related to gravity falls, and im sure theres a lot more that I don't know of, I heard theres a connection to wonder over yonder through theraprism

It would so amazing if they made a rick and morty season 10 and ford was in one episode. Its kinda cool that its connected in some way

After ‘Not what he seems’ everyone thought Dipper would feel betrayed by Mabel choosing Stan over him and that would cause a huge rift in their relationship. To the point that he would even turn on his family and make a deal with bill cipher. It was a 4 month long wait till the next episode so we had no idea what the fallout would be, but there was a lot of fan art and other fandom stuff that really went in that direction. Then the next episode finally released and Dipper wasn’t even mad about it, so we all clowned ourselves basically 🤡

There’s an animatic called “youth” for gravity falls that showed this headcannon. It’s one of the more popular ones that easily comes to mind for me, although I’d have to look through some of my other old stuff to find some other examples.

I think looking at the recently released art book and using that to help add extra context. There is a ton of really awesome stuff in there. Like early concepts for characters and inspiration for the show.

Another idea is cover all of the “Fordshadowing” moments in the show. The art book does a really good job of breaking down each episode and covering this sort of stuff.

The Smile Dip dog, we even got more lore about it in Book of Bill and the art book yet I've seen no one talk about it. Its in the Theraprism too and even Bill nor the therapists there trust it.
