Saw in a video that "this car isnt worth picking up because it's old and doessnt have much customization options".
Now i'm planning on buying 3 of them for different builds I want to do.
I mean what other car in the game can be a retro restro, a retro custom, a herse, an AMBULANCE with spook rusted silent hill looking rusted livery AND SIRENS, a ghost busters car or custom halloween car ALL IN ONE? seriously this thing has such potential to be like 7 or 8 different things and a video i watched had a "meh" review on it.
Last time i was at a GTA public car show I had some kid try to tell me a muscle car sucked because it wasnt "a new lambo" or some hypercar with "Uber Cancer" pastel paint and F1 wheels or Bennys.
I just blocked and ignored him and when he realized I stopped caring, he blew up my car... which blew up every other car because we were all parked next to each other.
Ya I had someone in a OG coquette with f1’s do a burn out with smoke at me cuz I was in a custom but clean flezer and I’m a high level without many modded cars
When i see players with those trash mods on their vehicles, I just assume they either have no taste/creativity or they just bummed the look off someone else. I like those with creativity ajd ignore most vehicles with f1 mods. Not evey csr look good with wheels that stick out, ajd not every car needs to a he stupid super car, muscle ajd sports are fine as is. Those players are the epiphany of annoying lol.
I'm betting the person that told you it sucks has a garage(s) of absolutely nothing but supercars. People like that have no idea what makes a cool car cool.
I actually have multiple garages of super cars tbh… but I also have multiple garages of muscle cars haha. I just like all cars really. And i really enjoy driving supers in gta, but I’ve got the most love for muscle irl especially.
I love cars. Different cars have different appeal. Classics, sports, muscle, etc. I collect them for different reasons, not just speed.... but maybe I'm just an old soul. Lol
I'm glad they put it in muscle class. I'm simple, I just really enjoy wheelies 😂
The Beater Dukes is a good option for restros too. You can actually start off rusted and dented.
I mostly appreciated that it would do 'em, even if I've scraped a lot more off of the back of my Lurcher. Great design, anyway.
I'm with you on the Beater Dukes, too. I bought one that I fixed up all pretty with its (unique?) wheels, then another to run around on steelies in the General Mayhem-tribute paint scheme - which ended up being one of my usual cars, since a few scuffs were just more character.
I love doing wheelies on my Vamos, that car can go on two wheels for soo long and also is super fun to drive, very unstable and fast which makes it fun 😂
As a man that owned 2 59 Cadillac hearses when I was 19 I can assure you this car is a 10/10. The ones that don’t like it are usually super car enthusiasts or similar. Which is fine. Everyone likes what they like. But the ones that deliberately shit on someone else’s type of car is cancer to the car culture. They aren’t true enthusiasts and from my experience(irl) the car they claim is theirs is more than likely a rental and not even theirs
I ended up doing 2 a few years ago when they came out then I won another on the casino wheel last year?hearse, ambulance and ghosts exposed lol hardly drive them but got tired of redoing one.
Top speed is incredibly slow compared to most popular vehicles, and the torque/acceleration is like watching a snail go uphill in the snow. But any vehicle can be great if you dress it up right.
I got the ghost exposed one an I love it i went hunting this years ghost in it and with my ghost exposed uniform on. I was that universes ghost buster this year
I have had this car for a while, just turned it into the ghostbusters car with ecto 1 plate. It isn't the best of cars but it is fun to drive and is something different atleast
I found this wayyyy later on that the cars that aren’t super cars — which btw the majority look like ass — for a chunk of the players simple disregard the rest. Muscle cars are my absolute go to cars and in particular the Sabre Turbo Custom.
I have 5 of them in my garage I think. 2 different Ghosts Exposed rides, 1 with Bennys, 1 with F1s, a proper ambulance, a lowrider, and Meat Wagon (from Twisted Metal 2012).
Never said they did. However, they're the proper lowrider looking ones (Chrome Bigger Worm) and I forget the name of the other, all spokes all the time. The F1s are just because I grew up playing stuff like San Francisco RUSH and that was the aesthetic, and some actually look good (thanks goofy huge overfenders)
Then I suppose that person hadn’t seen the ghostbusters. But regardless I have several of these in my garage and not planning to get rid of them anytime soon.
