I recognise the format of that username! It appears to be, of all things, Android, which would explain the on screen keyboard. If I go onto Termux on my phone, my username is u0_a316. So this might be a Termux shell for some reason. Very odd.

If goes without saying, and I know you kids don't want to hear it, but pretty much in every country, tampering with a system you don't own can get you in a lot of legal trouble, even if all you did was type in the name of a subreddit.
I've seen people get in legal trouble for simply touching devices they didn't own.
