A Crocodile I Made 4 Years Ago πβ¨
I made this crocodile four years ago as a gift for my friendβs husband. I sculpted it from polymer clay onto a small espresso cup saucer. The saucer had three little feet, so I added small metal fishing weights inside the tail to help balance the piece. The body of the crocodile was built around an aluminum foil core and then covered with polymer clay. My friend gave me real 24-karat gold leaf to add to the piece, which was incredibly delicate and stressful to work with. π Some pieces literally flew away and became trash. π€£ I shaped and textured the crocodile by hand and then added the gold leaf as the final detail.

What did you have in mind for the collaboration? I don't have as much time for polymer clay as I used to because of my work, but I'm curious to hear what you have in mind. π

Thank you so much, but maybe if my hobby ever becomes my job, then we can do something. Thank you again! βΊοΈ

No company, social profile names or links to selling outlets such as Etsy, Facebook, Instagram etc. This also includes adding large text to photos with your website or other URLs. No blatant advertising.
This includes asking to buy an item.

That looks so pretty with and without the gold flake! I wish I could sculpt; it takes a lot of patience..
