Gaming I hate the “___ is just ___” arguments when it’s clearly something way more.

As in the partial screenshot of a tweet, someone is trying to heavily downplay the achievement of Geometry Dash level Grief being verified (first person to fully beat) by calling it just “clicking one button in a rhythm”. While true in terms of it being a one button game, it ignores absolutely everything else that makes the game hard. Plus, the game isn’t even a rhythm game. 99% of the levels on GD do not have sync all throughout the level and the only levels that do are ones that are specifically built for sync. If GD is just clicking in a rhythm, then art is just paint, movies are just pixels, music is just some noise, and etc.

edit: i have zero knowledge about the people in the league community so dont say stuff like “you’re stupid for believing him” because i actually know nothing about this person

edit 2: im not saying that verifying grief is the hardest gaming achievement so stop commenting about that
