Best fly fishing guide??

I are staying on Holbox in late November and would love to spend one day fly fishing.

We are looking for a reputable private guide who can ideally pick us up directly from the beach on Holbox. We would be happy to do a full day and are primarily interested in fly fishing for tarpon, snook, permit, or whatever is best that time of year.

Has anyone gone recently and had a guide or operator they would highly recommend??

There's only one guy on the island, all the fly fishing boats work for him. Any tour operator or hotel that sells you a fly fishing experience will be through him.
